Terms and Conditions
The Tour Registration form should be completed/signed & returned to us with a minimum deposit of 20% (Twenty percent) of the total tour cost. In case of flights, 100% (Hundred percent) of the airfare cost would be required. The balance amount of 80% (Eighty percent) to be paid 45 days prior to date of arrival. In case of arrival date within 45 days, full balance payment to be paid. The booking shall be deemed to be valid only upon receipt of duly filled & signed Registration Form and the Advance Deposit. No Interest shall be payable by us on any deposit, what so ever.
Credit Cards: In this method, our accounts team would send across an online customized payment invoice through a link to guests' email. Upon receiving the digital invoice, guests can click on the link, and from there process the payment using their Credit Card [Visa/Mastercard/Amex]. For payments through credit cards, there would be an additional 2.99% transaction fees applicable over the total invoice amount, as per the guidelines of Indian Government.
Bank Transfer: In this method, our accounts team would send across our bank details, and guests can simply wire transfer the total invoice. There will be a small bank transfer fees, which needs to be accepted before processing the transfer.
60 Days before date of arrival: No Cancellation Charges [Except Airfare cancellation charges]
45 Days before date of arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
30 Days before date of arrival: 20% of the tour cost.
10 Days before date of arrival: 50% of the tour cost
Actual cancellation charges would depend upon the policy of the hotels, transporters, guides and other principals involved in the tour. Even for last minute cancellations, we try to refund the complete payment to our guests, and do not charge any service charge. Cancellation charges for booking made during Fairs & Festivals, Special events, Christmas & New Year Eve shall be applicable as per policies of the concerned principals.
No refund will be made for any unutilized or partly utilized services of any nature. Any refund due to the client/s on account of cancellation and for changes made in the booking or on any other account will take minimum 15 (Fifteen days) to process. No partial refund shall be made for unused rooms, meals and other services.
In the interest of the client/s we recommend for taking Comprehensive Travel Insurance at their cost covering all risks.
Passports, Visas and Health Matters
Medical vaccinations, passports and visas are entirely your responsibility and must be arranged prior to departure. We can take no responsibility for cancellation of your trip in the event that you are not allowed to fly, or continue your tour. If you are unable to travel due to not being able to obtain (or not having) the appropriate visa we reserve the right to retain the cost of the trip. If we are arranging your visa for an administration fee and this is refused, the administration fee will be non-refundable.
From time to time it may be necessary or advisable to alter the arrangements for your holiday. We reserve the right to make such alterations to any of the arrangements, as we consider necessary or advisable. Where such alterations are material we will inform you as soon as possible and discuss any options that may be available. No compensation will be paid at anytime under circumstances caused by war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, strikes, terrorist activity, accident, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, airline failure, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions, or any other force majeure. A published itinerary constitutes only an indication of what the tour is planned to accomplish and is not to constitute a contractual obligation on part of the company.
